By joining our team, you will be the primary point of contact between the MegaDome division and our distributor network. You will ensure smooth communication, rigorous transaction and order follow-up, and the coordination of all distributor sales activities from pre-order through to delivery.

Your main responsibilities

Transaction Management and Follow-Up

  • Manage distributor transactions from order receipt through invoicing
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Handle associated contractual and administrative documentation

Order Receipt and Processing

  • Receive, validate, and process orders within established timelines
  • Communicate confirmations, changes, or delays to distributors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Sales Activity Tracking

  • Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Produce performance reports by distributor and territory
  • Flag discrepancies or issues to the responsible manager

Pre- and In-Order Coordination

  • Coordinate order preparation steps (inventory, lead times, commercial terms)
  • Support distributors throughout the ordering process
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and timelines

Liaison Between MegaDome and Distributors

  • Act as the primary point of contact between MegaDome and its distributors
  • Ensure clear, proactive communication
  • Relay key information and gather network needs
  • Contribute to building strong, lasting relationships

The profile we are looking for

  • Diploma in administration, business, management, or a related field
  • Experience in a B2B or distribution environment
  • Comfortable with management systems (CRM); knowledge of HubSpot is an asset
  • Ability to produce clear, well-structured reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and sound priority management
  • French-English bilingualism to ensure effective communication with English-speaking partners
