Reporting to the Director of Installations, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of installation projects at both the provincial and national levels. Acting as a true conductor, you will ensure that every stage is carried out efficiently, in compliance with timelines, budgets, and applicable standards.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, update, and coordinate all installation schedules;
• Validate site requirements and compliance (standards, regulations, client requirements, training, and certifications);
• Confirm installation mandates with contractors, provide them with essential information, and support them throughout the projects;
• Coordinate deliveries of foundations, structures, and materials;
• Manage logistics for rented equipment (deliveries, returns, tracking – forklifts, cranes, platforms, etc.);
• Ensure installation budgets are respected for each project;
• Follow up on warranty kits (inspections, photos, reports);
• Provide technical support to contractors;
• Contribute to various administrative tasks related to projects.

The profile we are looking for

• Relevant education and experience in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, estimating, or any related field, including project management;
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
• Proactive mindset with strong initiative;
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to serve an English-speaking clientele;
• Hands-on construction site experience (an asset).
