Looking for an exciting challenge in the world of fabric-covered buildings? The MegaDome division is continuing its growth and is seeking Sales Representatives to strengthen its team.

If you have a natural talent for building long-term relationships and a sharp instinct for turning opportunities into success, this position is for you!

By joining Les Industries Harnois Inc., you will become part of a team of experts who design innovative engineered structures and integrated projects that meet our clients’ financial objectives and operational needs. You will contribute to large-scale projects within a company recognized for its excellence in innovation, service, and quality.

Your main responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the deployment of company strategies with existing and potential clients, in alignment with organizational objectives;

  • Prospect and meet new clients to develop long-term B2B business relationships;

  • Identify, qualify, analyze, and respond to client needs;

  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and maintain profit margins;

  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial agreements;

  • Enter, use, and keep the CRM system up to date;

  • Position the company with decision-makers and strategic clients;

  • Develop and maintain a network of influence and referrals within the assigned territory;

  • Contribute to the establishment of sales objectives for clients, sector, and geographic area.

The profile we are looking for

Profile Sought

  • Relevant education in sales, marketing, or customer relations;

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

  • Team spirit combined with a strong results-driven mindset;

  • Bilingualism in French and English to serve an English-speaking clientele;

  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a sense of priorities.
