Do you have an eye for detail and like to contribute to smooth operations? The position of Order Processing Agent will enable you to play a key role in our MegaDome team. You’ll be responsible for receiving, validating, entering and tracking customer orders in our computer system. Thanks to your rigor and organizational skills, you will facilitate coordination between the sales, production and logistics teams.

Your main responsibilities

  • Receive purchase orders from customers (e-mail, telephone, customer portal, etc.). );
  • Verify the accuracy of information received: products, quantities, prices, lead times, customer contact details;
  • Enter orders into ERP system or management software;
  • Ensure that terms of payment, delivery and specifics of each order are respected;
  • Communicate with representatives or customers to validate or correct missing or erroneous information;
  • Transmit purchase orders to the appropriate departments (production, warehouse, shipping);
  • Update customer files and follow up on modifications or cancellations;
  • Provide administrative support for sales and customer file management;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of order entry processes;

The profile we are looking for

  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative rigor
  • Good communication skills (oral and written);
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple files simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of CRM software (an asset);
  • Organizational skills and team spirit;
  • Fluency in French (fluency in English is an asset);
