Your main responsibilities

As a key member of our accounting team, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of the company’s financial operations. Your days will be varied, stimulating, and full of interesting challenges:

Accounts Payable:

  • Manage the opening and updating of vendor accounts;
  • Verify, code, and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system;
  • Ensure the accuracy of quantities, prices, and calculations before each payment;
  • Prepare payments (cheques and electronic transfers) and monitor banking transactions;
  • Reconcile supplier statements;
  • Follow up on invoices on hold, deposits, and special payment arrangements;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with procedures;
  • Help maintain strong, trusting relationships with suppliers and partners.

Administration:

  • Keep equipment and tools inventory lists up to date to ensure proper asset management;
  • Prepare annual insurance documentation packages (buildings, equipment, vehicles, etc.);
  • Purchase company cell phones, manage plans/contracts, and monitor billing with the provider.

The profile we are looking for

  • You hold a DEP or DEC in Accounting and Management (or equivalent);
  • You have experience in a similar role;
  • You stand out for your ability to build positive relationships, your team spirit, and your organizational skills;
  • You are proficient with accounting-related computer tools.
