Your main responsibilities

Your daily role:

  • Participate in the month-end process and analysis for various entities
  • Perform different monthly analyses (FPA, accrued expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and more)
  • Record or validate month-end entries, time banks, vacation accruals, and others
  • Prepare reports by business sector and division
  • Develop certain year-end audit files
  • Provide administrative and/or accounting support to the department
  • Contribute to the annual inventory process
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Carry out invoicing

The profile we are looking for

What makes you our ideal colleague:

  • You hold a college diploma (DEC) in Accounting and Management (or equivalent)
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit
  • You have solid command of accounting-related IT tools
