Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in the equipment integrated into our greenhouse structures (climate control, irrigation, growing systems, etc.). );
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with our equipment suppliers to stay abreast of industry innovations and best practices;
  • Ensure optimal integration of equipment into our turnkey projects:
  • Analyze, review & interpret technical specifications & drawings;
  • Review & validate pricing in collaboration with suppliers;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of proposed solutions;
  • Support our project managers in executing projects on the equipment side;
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding integrated equipment;
  • Resolve complex equipment-related issues by acting as an intermediary between customers, suppliers & internal teams;
  • Proactively advise the sales department on the selection of equipment best suited to customers’ needs;
  • Develop precise and detailed technical descriptions of proposed solutions;
  • Collaborate in pricing, taking into account technical specifications and market constraints;
  • Keep a constant technological watch on innovations in greenhouse equipment;
  • Suggest improvements and optimizations to our product and service offerings.

The profile we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant training;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in engineering, ideally in an environment related to greenhouse agriculture or horticulture;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) to interact effectively with our international customers and suppliers.
