Director of Sales and Business Development

Your mandate will entail reporting to the Director of MegaDome®. You will be responsible for elaborating and implementing a development strategy for our products in North America:

  • Increase the distributor sales network in the US and Canada.
  • Responsible for direct sales with customers for major accounts outside of Quebec.
  • Ensure the development of an efficient and profitable distribution network in targeted markets.
  • Support and coach new distributors.
  • Increase company’s reputation and position as a leader in its sector of activity through all your actions and your presence.
  • Elaborate and follow annual sales budgets for the network.
  • Work in collaboration with the engineering, production, and customer support teams to ensure a quality customer experience.
  • Work in collaboration with a telemarketer.
  • Opportunity to develop sales network for other products offered by Harnois Industries.

COMPETENCES:

  • Available for frequent travel.
  • Experience in business development in North America.
  • Experience in B2B sales and development in a related manufacturing field (building, steel structure, construction, architecture, mechanical welding, machinery, etc.); (Asset)
  • Experience in the development and management of a distribution network; (Asset)
  • Expert with Microsoft Office tools and proficient with technology.
