Whether you need to repair one of our greenhouses purchased 25 years ago or you have a question regarding the recent delivery of your order, we will do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

You can call upon our customer service for questions related to:

  • Your order
  • The delivery of your order
  • Your invoice
  • Your greenhouse drawings and their assembly instructions
  • The installation of your new greenhouse equipment and its set-up
  • The replacement or repair of greenhouse parts or equipment

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, 
Monday through Friday, Eastern Time (UTC -5).
